What we need! These are our immediate needs. We are working on funding roofs and windows, and winter is coming. Click on the PayPal button above.

What else are we up to? This is a picture of an abandon house where all kinds of illegal activities were occurring located in an up and coming neighborhood that we are working on. Under the good samaritan law it gave us the ability to do what the city could not. We took it on upon ourselves to do the board up on this property and secure the building. The neighbors in this area can now sleep a little better at night. The illegal activity here has ended.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide affordable housing for low to moderate income Individuals, Families, Students, Vets, Section 8’s etc…, all while promoting neighborhood revitalization.

American Housing Project’s long term vision is to rehab and clean up eyesore properties across a spectrum of hard hit areas into affordable, inhabitable, efficient, clean and safe housing for those in need. Too many times developers come in and claim these neighborhoods only to rebuild them displacing all kinds of people who can no longer afford to live in their own neighborhoods and must seek shelter elsewhere.

We want to work within the community and help lift it back up while leaving it intact for all. We want to be what’s going right in the world instead of focusing on what’s going wrong with the world.
